Workshops are structured on learning and improving technique in all three compound lifts, Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift.

- Technique improvement in Squat, Bench and Deadlifts

- Knowledge around the muscle groups involved

- Workshops are maximum of 4 people.

- A good attitude, water bottle, towel, covered shoes
